Questions before you get started?

Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No long-term contracts. Commercial setup is handled directly with support while self-serve subscription billing finishes rollout.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plan changes and cancellations are currently handled with support, and we keep the process lightweight while the billing rollout is still manual.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your clients can pay securely online when they book, and your earnings are paid out directly to your bank account.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. We can move you between tiers, but plan changes are currently handled by support rather than in-product self-serve billing.

What happens on the free Base plan?

Your profile stays live and bookable forever. You get up to 10 bookings per month and 1 staff seat. We take a 10% commission on bookings made through the platform — no monthly fee.

How does commission work across plans?

Commission is taken as a percentage of the deposit collected at booking. Base: 10%, Premium: 5%, Ultra: 2%. There are no hidden charges beyond the stated commission and monthly plan fee.
